PCOA - Proprietary Change Of Address

We have a proprietary 7-year in-house file built on public domain data that can provide:
  1. New Address and Phone found with Linkage Record(s)
  2. In some cases it may still be useful to provide a result where an occupant had moved
    to another address but their phone number lapsed. This can move the ball forward when
    trying to locate changes that weren't available on any other system.

Merge/Purge

Ususally starts with the reconciliation of inter-file records for an optimized version of the file to be visited from across the organization by various apps/users. In some cases, the Perfect Record routine shown below can be augmented from matching to applicable multi-channel reference databases for further refinement of key data points together with the addition of demographic and applicable supplementary information.

Dependant on the criteria of agreed policies for the end user, the customer information can undergo periodic scanning and health checks for specified requirements. This back-end process would be built for use on long term accounts. All processing is conducted in a compliant, high-security environment.
